Today is World Sleep Day! If your going to pick any night of the entire year to get a good rest, today is probably the day. I strongly believe that most people now-a-days are not getting the sleep that they need. Not only is getting the correct hours of sleep important to your overall health, but it's going to more of a challenge to Lucid Dream when you aren't getting a good night's rest. For me personally, when I don't get enough sleep, my dreams are "Diluted." They aren't as long and vivid as the nights when I get a good sleep. I firmly believe that this can really effect the Quality of your Lucid Dream. For this reason I really think that World Sleep Day has put in a good effort to promote healthy sleep, especially for us Lucid Dreamers.
